Say YES! Day 3

Another project from my "Say YES" booking basket: a picture frame Post-It note holder using the "Sweet Pea" Designer Series Paper from the Occasions Mini Catalog. A very simple project that people enjoy. :) A full tutorial for making one of these can be found here.
