Kissing Scoops

The "Sweet Scoops" stamp set from the Summer Mini Catalog is the perfect stamp set to demonstrate the kissing technique. What a simple technique to add texture to your stamped images!

This mini-card is one that I demonstrated at a recent workshop. Going to miss Bermuda Bay, which is the color used in this card, which will be retiring at the end of the month. So long, farewell, good-bye! :)

Waving Good-bye Wednesday

I just held a Scrapbook class last week using the Thoroughly Modern DSP and color scheme and had some scraps left over, which was my inspiration for today's card. I always need Birthday cards and thank you notes, so I try to stock up on those when I get a chance.

For a card base with texture, I ran the base through the Square Lattice Textured Embossing Folder. I also spruced up the frosting on the cupcakes with some Dazzling Diamonds.

It's Wednesday and that means today's card features colors that will be retiring June 30. This rustic card features one of my favorite stamp sets, "Friends 24-7" and one of my favorite in-colors this year, Bermuda Bay.
